This is not your typical yoga class. Somatic Yoga is an intuitive, deeply grounding movement practice designed to help you unwind tension, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and feel safe in your body again.

In this class, you move with your body, not against it.


No forcing. No pushing. No worrying if you’re doing it “right.”

You’ll slow down, listen inward, and let your body lead the way as we explore gentle movement, breath, sound, and sensation.

This is where stress melts, nervous systems settle, and clarity rises.

Perfect for anyone who is tired, overwhelmed, or craving a practice that meets you right where you are. No yoga experience needed. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to show up and soften into yourself.

You can expect:
• Grounded breathwork to bring you back home to your body
