Join Mardi for a revitalizing yoga session designed to enhance spinal flexibility and overall body health. This practice weaves together breath, movement, and pranic energy, creating a deep connection within. The session includes cat-cow stretches, child's pose, table pose, balance poses, and a standing forward fold, all aimed at improving mobility and releasing tension.
We also incorporate body chakra tapping to awaken energetic flow, followed by a gentle Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril) breathing practice to bring balance and clarity. Mardi emphasizes the importance of mindful breathing and finding the right amount of pressure in each stretch, encouraging you to listen to your body and adjust as needed.
