We focus on surrender—not as giving up, but as letting go. Letting go of resistance, of the need to control, of the tension we carry without even realizing it. Physical disease is often a manifestation of dis-ease—the stress, the worry, the patterns we hold onto. Today, we shift.
As we move through this practice, I invite you to stay present. When discomfort arises, notice it. Breathe with it. Stay anyway. Trust that your body knows how to heal, and your breath knows how to guide you. Surrender to the process, and allow yourself to be exactly where you are.
