An All-Levels, Trauma-Informed Healing Practice

This weekly in-person class offers a gentle yet powerful invitation to come home to yourself. Designed for all levels and rooted in trauma-informed principles, Breathe. Move. Meditate. blends conscious breathwork, intentional movement, and moments of stillness to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner connection.

Each class begins by using the breath to ground and drop into the body. We then move with intention—awakening and aligning the physical, energetic, and emotional layers of the self. You'll be guided to move in a way that feels right for you, with options to modify or rest as needed. We close with stillness and integration, creating space to listen, soften, and reconnect.

This is a healing space that welcomes your whole self—your tenderness, your strength, and your truth. Come as you are. No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your breath, your body, and your willingness to be present.
